bulijegy.hu and its operator OHBM Services Kft (hereinafter together bulijegy.hu) may from time to time advertise various promotions either independently or through its partners in the form of coupons. A coupon is a voucher in the form of a physical form (paper-based or in the form of a storable .pdf image or file) or electronic coupon code that provides a discount or additional service linked to the purchase of a service.
The details of a particular promotion and the conditions of participation in the promotion (discount rate, duration of the promotion, validity of the coupon, usability, etc.) are published at the same time as the promotion is published. Promotions may be displayed on different platforms, and certain discounts may require registration or the use of an application.
Some coupons can be used without limitation (during the validity period), other coupons may only allow you to claim a single discount.
The following rules apply to all coupons:
- the coupon can be used during the promotion period when ordering the service displayed in the promotion, the validation must be indicated in the order process
- the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for cashback
- one coupon can be used for one order, it can be combined with other discounts only if explicitly stated in the promotion description
- the voucher can be used during the advertised validity period, no discount or refund of any kind can be claimed after the expiry of the validity period or promotion period
- coupons not used during the finalisation of the order cannot be used afterwards
- in the event of irregularity or other disqualification, the redemption of the coupon may be refused
Unless otherwise specified in the details of the promotion, the duplication, reproduction, copying or counterfeiting of the physical coupon is prohibited, and the coupon in the form of an electronic coupon code is freely transferable to third parties and may be used in unlimited number.
The coupons are always defined and displayed in accordance with the applicable legislation, however bulijegy.hu excludes any liability for the acceptance of the coupon, the service that can be used with the coupon, the unauthorized use of the coupon, and has the right to unilaterally modify the details, conditions and validity of any advertised promotion in justified cases, while informing the Customers.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion details, the coupon can only be used for orders placed online.
The coupon can be used in the order process by entering the coupon code in the appropriate place in the order interface before finalizing the order. Specifically, after the order has been placed, but before the payment interface, the full description of the order, the total amount to be paid and the possibility to enter the coupon code will appear next to/below it, and here the Customer can enter the coupon code to validate it. If the Customer finalises the order without entering the coupon code, the coupon cannot be validated afterwards.
In the case of an expired coupon that has already been used or is not valid, the Customer will see an expired/unvalid coupon message in the order interface.
The Customer using the coupon is generally expected to know the usual procedures and behaviour when shopping online/on the app.
bulijegy.hu disclaims any liability for any errors in the distribution of electronic/internet messages, and any liability for any damages, losses, costs, damages arising from or related to any errors, omissions, malfunctions or defects in the promotion. bulijegy.hu has not issued any coupon that entitles the Customer to a discount greater than 50%, so if any information is shown differently, it is obviously the result of a typo or technical error, in which case bulijegy.hu will offer the Customer the real discounted price.
