Dear Participant!
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, the purchase of an admission ticket entitles you to entry only if you accept the rules of the event and acknowledge that compliance with them will be strictly monitored by the organisers.
Access
Admission to the event is subject to the validity period and conditions of the ticket purchased. Tickets purchased in advance will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. The wristband (day ticket, season ticket, etc.) must be worn on your wrist at all times during its validity. The wristband will be checked by the organisers at the time of exit and entry and throughout the event.
Tickets and wristbands
- The day ticket is valid for the day's programmes from the opening of the gates until the closing of the programmes. After this time, you must leave the event area.
- In the case of a multi-day event, the pass is valid for the entire duration of the event, but you must leave the event area at the end of the programme each day unless you have separate accommodation insurance.
- If you have an invalid wristband, you must leave the event.
- The ticket used or the wristband affixed is non-transferable. Only the wristband worn on the hand is valid.
- Damaged, taped over, cut or with a diameter larger than the head of the hand is invalid.
- Legal action is being taken against the counterfeiters and their accomplices.
- Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced.
- In case of a full house, we do not sell tickets on site. Tickets purchased are non-refundable.
Safety rules
You are not allowed to bring into the event area:
- glassware, percussion or cutting instruments, or any dangerous object,
- an instrument that is particularly dangerous for public safety (e.g. knife with a blade over 8 cm, switchblade knife, gas spray, lead batons),
- umbrella (you can bring a raincoat), hammer, gas bottle heater.
No fires are allowed in the event area.
Admission of children under 18 years
- The event is open to all ages, but please note that our events are advertised with a list of performers aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a valid adult.
- Under 7 years of age, free of charge when accompanied by a family member with a valid ticket.
What can you bring in?
- Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not allowed.
- For outdoor events, unopened mineral water: maximum 1 per person in a plastic bottle of 1.5 litres.
- Food: only in non-commercial quantities.
All imported products can be checked by the security service.
Pets
- Only leashed and muzzled pets are allowed at outdoor events, but we recommend leaving them at home. Only guide or assistance dogs are allowed in enclosed areas.
- Entry requirements: valid vaccination card, up to one year of rabies vaccination, leash, collar, muzzle and a tag with the owner's telephone number.
- The keeper must keep the animal in hygienic and safe conditions, with a leash and muzzle on all times for dogs and ferrets.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to certain animals.
Other important information
- The event may be video and audio recorded. Participants may only be named by consent and may not make any claims.
- Photography is allowed, but concerts and programmes can only be recorded with the written permission of the organisers.
- No commercial or advertising activities are allowed in the event area without the permission of the organisers.
- Alcoholic beverages are not served to persons under 18 years of age or intoxicated persons.
- Drugs are prohibited.
- Take care of the natural values, don't litter!
- The organisers cannot be held responsible for personal injury or material damage.
- Found objects must be left at the entrance gate and can be searched there.
- The event will also be held in case of bad weather.
- We reserve the right to change the programme.
